SaddleCreeke Plantation is owned by Possum Hollow Enterprises which was formed in 2004 by its owners Nikki Morris and Eric Smith. Eric being an avid George Jones fan insisted upon naming the Parent Company after George and Nikki being a horse lover and owner for many years chose the name SaddleCreeke Plantation.

Eric resides in Charleston, WV and is also the owner of Impression Products which is a supply and service provider of toner cartridges. Nikki resides in Teays Valley and is employed by Stryker Corporation as the WV Territory rep for the Surgical Division. The two maintain a business relationship working side by side in this endeavor and are very committed to the success of this community.
